Throughout the year we'll run blocks of classes for those who prefer to book and pay in this way.

This offers a cheaper alternative for those who wish to commit to a specific class - it's non refundanble but paying and booking for a whole course will help keep you accountable and incentivised to keep going, plus it's better value for money. Most importantly it will help you build a habit of regular movement and see an improvement over time.
