All the questions that you've been dying to ask! Let us know if we've missed anything!

Is there parking?

Yes we have a car park with 22 spaces. The spaces at the front door are accessible / staff spaces, please use the main car park which is the next entrance on the left.

Do you have COVID restrictions in place?

Yes, please check out our full COVID guidelines here. We thank you for following these.

What shoes should I wear?

All of our studios operate a no-outdoor shoes policy. Please change your shoes on arrival. There is a space in the studio for your outdoor shoes. For yoga, Pilates & barre you can come in socks / bare feet. Thank you for helping us protect our dance floors.

What clothes should I wear?

Wear something that is comfortable that enables you to move. At the moment we often have doors open between classes (and during class when possible) so it's a bit cooler - layers are your friend! No thermal vests though as we will heat up.

What should I bring?

Please bring the bare minimum. We don't have lockers but we do have space within the studio for storing valuables. Unless very specific reason (e.g. on call) please don't bring your phone in or if you do please put on airplane mode to avoid disturbing the class.

Can I change at the studio?

Unfortunately our changing rooms and showers are out of bounds at the moment due to Covid. We have an acccessible toilet that is in use and has plenty space for changing so feel free to use this. Whenever possible it would be great if you could come ready. If you need access to the shower please request in advance.

Can I practice with an injury?

It depends on the injury. Please contact your teacher or the studio to discuss whether it'safe for you to take part. If you have a membership or class pack that you'd like to freeze due to injury just get in touch (we require a doctor's note for this).

Can I practice whilst pregnant?

The general rule of thumb is that if you were exercising prior to pregnancy you can continue with that exercise, however there will be modificaitons and moves to avoid so it's important to talk to your instructor as soon as possible. In some cases it may be better to hold off and we can freeze your membership if need be.

How does the membership work?

Memberships are idea for anyone who wants to come to the studio regularly. Think of it like a monthly gym membership ... but better. You'll have access to all classes, plus bonus content, discounts and priority booking. What's not to love? If it's time to part ways you can cancel your membership by emailing the studio and giving a month's notice at any time. We can also freeze your membership (once a year) - e.g. for holidays. We've got loads of options - head on over to our Pricing page to find out more.

How do online classes work?

Online classes are a fab option if you live out of town, have travel or childcare issues or if we're in another national lockdown! They're suprisingly easy to use and effective. Check out our full guide to online classes here
