Energy Shake – Zumba Toning Quickie!

A quickie class, using light weights, to develop upper body and arm strength to some fun tunes.
Gentle Pilates & Barre (from 11th May)
This class is largely standing.Beginning with lower body strengthening, before working on some co-ordination and mobility using weights, some balance drills, including the vestibular system and the visual system. Expect to feel stronger, taller and more balanced.
