Summer Glow Class 1

A 30 minute class to get your ready to glow for summer. Using the affirmation : I can do hard things! Using strength, HIIT, and yoga mobility to build strength and overall fitness. Options available. I recommend putting on your fave energising tunes.
Yoga to start the week

Mobilise and wake up the whole body in this energising flow easing you into the week through mindful and energising movement
Magic Circle Pilates for upper body

Using (an optional) magic circle to engage and incorporate the upper body throughout this intermediate mat flow. It’s ok to do without as well. Expect strong core and back work.
Outdoor Yoga flow to feel like a queen

A funky class where you can wear your crown and keep your head up, with intriguing and unexpected elements such as voguing and waacking
Gentle (ish) Barre & Pilates

Recorded 27th May Using a block for added challenge (optional) this standing class will work on balance, co-ordination and lower body strength, followed by a light weight section and short mat.
Vinyasa (ish) Flow for Hip Mobility and Strength

This funky Vinyasa flow will take your body to new places and encourage you to move in new ways, with the aim of building hip strength and mobility. By the time you get to Pigeon can you feel the difference? Expect challenge, heat and deep relaxation.
30 min Cardio Barre

Barre, with a sprinkling of low impact cardio and a dash of light weights.
