This class is designed to build on the basics and is perfect for those who are after a little more movement than a restorative class. We will explore pose alignment and learn to co-ordinate physical movement with the breath. You can expect progressive classes designed to help you gain confidence and get comfortable with vinyasa sequencing. If you are a complete beginner we recommend signing up for all the classes to enable progressive learning. If you're revisiting the basics feel free to drop in.
