This 'anything goes' class combines traditional fitness with elements of tumbling. And yes, you can practise your cartwheels (and bridge pose and handstands) on our matted floor using props to help support you and keep you safe. Bring back a sense of play and joy to your practice. Why take fitness so seriously? We'll include cardio, strength and fitness training, similar to the conditioning and training we give to our cheer and dance teams to keep them fit, strong and supple.
