Join Christine for this slow flow yoga class which meets you where you are, and helps relieve tension in body and mind enabling you to find some Hebridean space. Christine incorporates elements of Thai massage and self massage, yin yoga, and restorative yoga, along with pranayama (breath), meditation, and guided relaxation. She brings her love of ceremony and poetry to make each class a unique exploration of, and return to, self.
