Pilates is your secret weapon! It will help you build strength (in particular around your 'core'), create a more balanced body, improve your posture and have a deeper understanding and awareness of your body and how it works. Through a series of mat exercises using small props to create resistance, you will condition your entire body, blending strength and flexibility training to improve posture and create long, lean muscles. This deep core strengthening combined with mindful stretching, co-ordination, control and balance is what makes Pilates so unique. Modifications will be available throughout. Use of hand / ankle weights / Pilates rings optional.
