This membership is best suited to those who are happy working out from home but still enjoy the live interaction with a teacher and other participants. Signing up to a livestream class can give you a little more incentive to show up than from watching pre-recorded content (however you’ll get access to all our on demand content too!) so this is ideal if you need a wee push to get started.
