Holly will lead a playful and explorative Vinyasa class beginning with an active, stretchy flow to warm your bones and shake out any tension before ending with some softer movement and space to settle and balance your whole self; working with the breath and mindfulness throughout. You may find that drop into relaxation feels a little softer and deeper from the higher energy of the start of the class.
Great for mindfully improving strength and mobility and creating some extra calm and clarity too. While the first part will be quite active, you can use options and props to hand to meet you where you’re at.
