This class incorporates elements of mat based Pilates, standing barre exercises and (optional) light weights. It's important, at every stage of life, to use resistance to build bone and muscle density. We also work on movement sequences and exercises that improve posture, co-ordination, mobility and balance.

This is a slow and steady class suitable for all ages and levels, with modifications available.
